第1条（適用）

本規約は、Hitoritaimu（以下「当店」といいます）が運営するオンラインストアの利用条件を定めるものです。お客様は本サイトを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
These Terms govern the use of the Hitoritaimu online store ("Store"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
第2条（商品の注文）
Article 2 (Orders)
お客様は当店所定の方法により商品の注文を行うことができます。
当店は、在庫状況、決済上の問題、不正利用の疑い、その他合理的な理由がある場合、注文をお断りまたはキャンセルすることがあります。
Customers may place orders through the procedures provided by the Store.
The Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to inventory shortages, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances.
第3条（売買契約の成立）
Article 3 (Formation of Sales Contract)
商品の売買契約は、当店が注文を受領し、発送手続きを行った時点で成立するものとします。
A sales contract is formed when the Store accepts the order and initiates shipment processing.
第4条（価格および支払方法）

商品の価格は商品ページに表示された金額とします。
お支払いは当店が指定する決済方法（Shopify Payments、PayPalその他当店が指定する方法）により行うものとします。
Product prices are those displayed on the product pages.
Payment must be made using the payment methods designated by the Store, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.
第5条（配送）
Article 5 (Shipping)
当店は日本国内への配送を行います。
配送日数は目安であり、天候、運送会社の事情その他やむを得ない事情により遅延する場合があります。
The Store ships within Japan.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond the Store's control.
第6条（返品・交換）
Article 6 (Returns and Exchanges)
お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。
商品に欠陥がある場合、破損している場合、または誤配送の場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
当店の責任による返品・交換にかかる送料は当店が負担します。
Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted.
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact the Store within seven (7) days of receipt.
Shipping costs for approved returns or exchanges resulting from the Store's error will be borne by the Store.
第7条（禁止事項）

・不正な決済手段の利用
・当店または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
・当店の運営を妨害する行為

第9条（免責事項）

当店は、本サイトの利用により生じた損害について、当店に故意または重過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。
当店は、天災、運送遅延、システム障害その他当店の合理的支配を超える事由による損害について責任を負いません。
The Store shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of this website except where caused by the Store's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The Store shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
